1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Agent Ace ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent Ace provides a platform for homeowners to compare estate agents and for estate agents to manage profiles and receive leads. The Service includes AI-powered insights and other related features.

3. User Obligations

Homeowners: You agree to provide accurate information when requesting comparisons. You understand that Agent Ace is a comparison tool and does not endorse any specific agent. Any agreements made with agents are solely between you and the agent.

Agents: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for your profile. You are responsible for the leads you receive and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your dealings with clients.

4. Agent Subscriptions and Payments

Agents may subscribe to various plans to receive leads and access features. Fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on Agent Ace, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of Agent Ace or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Agent Ace does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Agent Ace makes no guarantees regarding the number or quality of leads agents will receive, or the outcome of any property transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agent Ace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
